1. Biryani

It is enough to boil the main ingredient, namely red beans and sauté it with spices consisting of cumin, garam masala, chili powder and turmeric.

4. Laddu

Laddu or Laddoo is a cake that looks like a gulab jamun, which is small round. This food has a sweet taste because it is mainly made from flour and sugar. The flour used is coarse wheat flour. In addition, long bean flour and coconut are also commonly used as raw materials for Laddu. Before the dough is formed and fried, most are smeared with ghee (typical Indian butter) first.
